Seerat Batth and Siddharth Anantharam had embarked on their journey as a married couple in an intimate and traditional Hindu wedding in Mumbai during the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic. They had always dreamt of hosting a destination wedding and two years later, determined to celebrate their union with all their loved ones, the couple hosted one in the mesmerizing city of Jaisalmer. Seerat & Siddharth meticulously planned and executed the entire event themselves. The celebration unfolded over two joyous days, bringing together friends and family from across the globe who were unable to join in the initial celebration due to the pandemic.
The festivities commenced with a warm and lively welcome and mehndi ceremony, setting the tone for a relaxed event. Laughter and conversations echoed through the air, creating a chill atmosphere which is exactly what the couple had been aiming for. The evening transitioned into a vibrant Sangeet and Cocktail night, filled with music, dance, and the infectious celebrations. The pinnacle of their wedding extravaganza was the traditional Anand Karaj ceremony, paying homage to Seerat’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. The couple exchanged vows in a sacred ritual, surrounded by the love and blessings of their dear ones.
