Pranika and Prashant’s Mumbai wedding was one of the warmest events of the year. This is a story of two lovely people who met online, decided to meet in person on a hunch, had their first date with Prashant’s friends in full attendance, became best friends over time, went on vacations together, somewhere deep down knew that they had met their better half but took their own time to arrive at that conclusion. And when they did, it was proposal to wedding in flat three months!

Their 3 day wedding started with a cocktail night which was a casual and fun evening spent with their close friends and family. This was followed by Pranika’s Mehndi ceremony, Prashant’s Haldi puja and concluded with their wedding day. Pranika had meticulously planned all the events and details. We loved how she added personalized and meaningful touches to the decor and absolutely loved her choice of mandap for the pheras!

Just as much as it was an event filled with beautiful moments, there were also a few (mis)adventures. There were the usual event delays but then there were also unusual bits like mehndi artists forgetting to get mehndi cones to a Mehndi function, delayed assignment of the bridal suite, the hotel managing to misplace Pranika’s luggage (which had her wedding lehenga, jewellery and shoes!) and what not. These things did create a bit of stress for the couple on the event day but at the end of it all – what stories to tell the grandchildren!

We absolutely love the beautiful chemistry these two share. What a vibe they make when they are together! They redefined the meaning of candid portraiture with their genuine and warm interactions. We wish we had more time with these two but all good things come to an end. We enjoyed capturing their beautiful moments and loved being a part of their warm and fuzzy story
